We are a family-run business – and promoting family values in our corporate culture goes well beyond just using the “Manten” name itself. Originally set up as an abattoir in the early 20th century, the meat market has been an Olpe institution since the 1970s. Family values are of great importance in our business, and can be seen not only in mutual respect, but also the sense of togetherness and fairness our employees show in everything they do. These values represent our guiding principles and motivation – because after all, everyone wants the best for their family. That is why we draw on our proud history as a family-run enterprise, while also incorporating high-tech systems and innovation in all areas.
