We can say a lot about quality – but our certifications according to the standards QS (Quality and Safety) and IFS (International Food Standard) speak a clearer language. They prove the excellent quality of our products according to test criteria that comply with the EU standard.
Checked by regular inspections
We subject ourselves to inspections by independent, objective institutes at regular intervals and therefore ensure that we meet the highest and most up-to-date standards with regard to the responsible slaughter of the animals, the hygienic butchering and the seamless traceability of the production processes.
