13. Manten Visitor Management
We use a proprietary app for data collection and storage to manage external visitors to our premises. In advance, or at the latest upon entering our premises, we collect your surname, first name, company and a mobile contact number so that we can reach you on the premises in the event of an emergency. In addition, we record the start and end times of your visit.
The legal basis for data processing is your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) lit. a) of the GDPR. The relevant data is stored internally by us in pseudonymized form for a maximum of three years to ensure food safety and animal welfare. Access to the pseudonymization table is restricted to a small group of individuals.
14. Your rights to access, rectification, restriction, erasure and objection
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data stored by us at any time. You also have the right to rectification, restriction or, apart from the mandatory data storage required for business transactions, erasure of your personal data. To ensure that data can be blocked at any time, this data must be retained in a blocking file for verification purposes. You may also request the erasure of the data, provided there is no legal obligation to retain it. Where such an obligation exists, we will block your data upon request.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time with effect for the future. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to withdrawal. We have a statutory response period of one month to process your request, which may be extended by a further month in exceptional cases.
